We are a private, non-profit association, registered in Lima, Peru, in April 2008. Our organisation is the result of enthusiastic debate among a group of professionals in the consulting field. The association intends to offer a professional platform, combining the consulting services of its members with projects that serve social cohesion, in a spirit of transparency and decentralization.

With ist name and logo, the association expresses its views and intentions: PARTENAIRE – the name expresses not only the international ambition of the members but also their will to link the different layers of society, private enterprise, science, the public administration, thus creating synergies across boundaries. The logo of dominoes symbolizes the diversity of view of the partners involved. Embracing their differences means also to assess their sustainability.

Fom the start, the association has benefited from the coooperation of a group of professionals in Switzerland, too, and the Lima office is in permanent contact with the city of Lausanne. In the same way, the association maintains a network of contacts with professionals all over Latin America who work in the fields of development and governance.

The working principle of the association consists of recognizing the needs of the client, specifying it through dialogue, appraising an answer, assessing an appropriate, sustainable strategy and defining the proper instruments. The services of the association are to be obtained through a specific contract or a more extended alliance.
